Sara and Taylor from the Doncaster store have been amazing during my journey to have a ring custom made as a memento of my career which I recently retired from. They understood my vision from day one, went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with the end result and was able to visualize it by providing drawings and cast of my ring down them sourcing the necessary rubies and sapphires that were the exact shade I was after. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing and professional service. I highly recommend visiting them at Doncaster.

I went into a few stores looking for the right gift for my niece but when I stepped into Gregory Jewellers, Nikki the sales assistant greated me with a smile and her approach i felt was genuine. I told her a little bit about my niece and I was emotional but she went above and beyond to help me puck the perfect piece. I told her I had a budget and the type of piece I wanted and she tooknher time with us. We didn't feeling pushed or obligated to buy anything, we all felt comfortable and appreciated Nikki going to so much effort to look after us. My niece loves her pendant and I will definitely go back in the near future. Nikki is really an asset to the company, she is amazing.

Taha was amazing from the time we walked in and was quick to greet us and attend to our requests and was shown several pieces before my daughter set her eye on a pair of earrings. He even offered to clean some of my wife’s and daughter’s jewellery while we were still deciding . My daughter loves Gregory Jewellery and Taha made the experience even more enjoyable.
