Walked in today wanting some advice on my piercing after stuffing up and accidentally pulling my original out and needing to put a hoop in temporarily. Lily was AMAZING! Didn't make me feel embarrassed about the silliness I had done and gave great advice. Helped changed the hoop to something much more suitable for the healing process and gave fantastic after care advice. Will definitely be going back to her for future piercings and any change overs, as I don't have steady hands. Thank you Lily. I truly appreciate your help today 💜

Such lovely staff! Lily assisted me in choosing the right jewellery for me, and guided me through the entire process with kindness and a diligence. I was very nervous since this was my first piercing, but knowing I was in such good hands was incredibly reassuring. What's more, her careful eye paid off, I love what I got! I had my earlobe pierced two months ago by Lilly and she was great! Super friendly, explained everything really well, and was the first piercer that was actually able to do what I wanted. My earlobe healed up really nicely with no issues.

I do not recommend that you get your nose pierced here. The hoop that I was given was very low quality jewellery and it gave me an infection instantly. I was also given poor aftercare advice (being told that I can switch to a hoop after only 6-8 weeks and to clean it with ear-care spray instead of proper saline). High quality piercing places would not give you this advice.

I made an online booking for a 4:45 appointment because that time was available on the website. I then received a text and email saying I needed to wait for the booking to be accepted. Two hours passed with no response, so I called to check whether the booking was confirmed. The staff member told me the studio closes at 4:45. I explained that I had booked that time online, and she said she would check with a coworker and call me back. Instead, I received a message saying my booking was declined, and I never received a callback. I find this unprofessional. If the website shouldn’t allow bookings at 4:45 because you close at that time, that option shouldn’t be available. At the very least, I should have been informed immediately that the time wasn’t possible, instead of having to call to find out.

Lily was professional and good at what she did but also super friendly, made me feel very comfortable in the chair 🙂 Loving my new piercings!

If there was a 6 star option I’d press it. Sammy was our piercer and she was the sweetest friendliest person ever! She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Love you Sammy 💕
