Saw the poor reviews about this store so was a little wary about going there. However the staff were quite friendly and the young blonde girl who helped me with the two watches I bought was very helpful and happy to adjust both the bands and the clasp. And she didn't mind taking watches out for me to try so I could make up my mind. Thank you for helping me, sorry I didn't catch your name. Good prices as well, I think both watches I bought were on special.

They are not clear on the sale. We have been told that we had 30days to change the size of the ring. When we went back there to change the size, they said it was $85. They didn't mention this when we bought it, they said we have 30 days that's all. The staff is not helpful with costumers. Plus they always try to make you spend more and buy extra things, cleanings packages ecc. Nope, won't go back. Nope, not recommended.

BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS store. They ripped off my son and daughter in law for their wedding ring. What a rip off. The ring they wanted wasnt available at the time so they ordered a bridal ring set to collect after the wedding, so bought a stand in $69 cubic zirconia silver ring until the other set was available. The $69 was too big so the store said they woukd order a smaller size. But when the ring was collected, they were charged an extra $69 but were not told this untill he went collect the ring the day before the wedding. Then the staff member put the ring in a snaplock bag and when they got home and opened the bag, there was a stone missing. Went in the morning of the wedding and the store denied the the ring was faulty, and basically told my son it wasn't their fault. Being fed up with the whole situation and only 1.5 hrs BEFORE the wedding, he asked for a refund on the bridal ring set previously lay-buyd (paid half already). After a long argument with the staff member, and saying that it was only 1.5hrs before the wedding, the store VERY reluctantly gave him a portion of the deposit which they refused to give in cash (as that's the way it was paid for), he finally got some money back. NEVER TO RETURN!

Made a purchase from here today and to say the quality of service was poor would be an understatement. I was not approached my staff or even greeted when I walked into the store or whilst looking in the cabinets right near a staff member. When I finally had some assistance the young girl was not helpful and just stood there silently. When it came to purchasing, the girl who "helped" me didn’t say the price, I had to ask for the price and just handed me a receipt and didn’t say anything else. I’m disappointed that a store like this would have staff in there pretending like there’s no customers. Obviously there needs to be sales training or atleast basic customer service implemented. Not impressed

I have had several terrible experiences buying from this store. I have brought jewelry that has broken in just a few days. The staff refuse to help or resolve any issues regarding products. I would never return to this or any prouds store. I would give zero stars if it were an option.
