Neville Cox is the only watchmaker repairer I'd trust with my watches. His knowledge is 2nd to none, and I've always received great service from Neville. Just recently, my Seiko Tuna SRP637 had an issue with the second hand becoming dislodged. Repaired, serviced and re-sealed in less than 3 days from dropping it off. 5 stars!!!!!

Repaired my brand new Seiko Arnie after I managed to break off one of the side lugs. I thought it was done for as initial quote from elsewhere was to replace the body costing almost what I paid for the watch. Neville was just awesome and offered to do a minimal fix so it could still be used even if no longer waterproof. When I went to collect it, he had managed to repair it fully and at no extra cost. He is a proper craftsman and knows his trade inside and out. I will only use him in future and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a fix and a chat about watches in general!
