Brought a cute Dubai design earrings from there. The behaviour of the staff was extraordinary and polite. Also they did gave me a 10$ discount. Loved the experience.

I reached out to negotiate the price of an item, which is normal, but instead of respectful communication, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. They also falsely claimed the item was sold when it clearly wasn’t. If I were in Sydney with more options, I definitely wouldn’t have chosen them. Customer service and honesty are essential in this business, and unfortunately, they lack both. Not recommended.

My experience here was disappointing. The service was not friendly, and I didn’t feel welcomed. I hope they can improve their customer service and communication in the future.

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this jewelry store. I bought a bracelet, and when I received it, it was already broken. Instead of giving me a new one or properly replacing it, they just did a poor soldering job to fix it. The repair was very weak, and it feels like the bracelet could break again at any moment. They didn’t even bother to reconnect the pieces properly. I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of, and honestly, I expected much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
