Sportsgirl Werribee

I used to love sportsgirl at werribee but now i don’t feel like going back anymore. there were 3 or 4 staff members just chatting, swearing and talking bad about their higher up management. disgusting. they didn’t greet any of the customers that came in or offered to give us a hand with anything. clearly they were too busy back stabbing co workers and talking so loud i reckon you could hear them from the other side of the centre. very disrespectful.

Came into store with my wife at 9:30am the week before Christmas, only a few other customers, staff were more willing to have a chat with each other about their personal life and gossip about their colleagues. They did not greet us on entry nor did they assist when my wife was trying clothes on. When we went to pay for the items, the staff continued to talk to each other while completing the transaction.

Staff are often only chatting to themselves. Not greeting customers or helping only standing behind the counter. I go in quite frequently and choose not to purchase items and walk out due to the hostile welcoming

Every time I go to the Werribee Plaza Sportgirl I am pleased not only with the fantastic service but the attentiveness to myself and my little one while trying on clothes. The cleanliness of the store, the variety of clothing options and sizes available is always really good. The manager Eden is always so nice, my little one loves her and is always excited to go into the store which really helps me = P

Not impressed with the progression of the store or on what the staff are posting on social media.
