Prouds the Jewellers Werribee

There's needs to be a new training manual in kindness and general respect towards customers. I came in eager to purchase a few items as Christmas gifts, and a lady who I assumed was the 'manager' was quite bitter and uninterested in serving me. I maintained my respect and tried not to be a hassle. I would not allow my enthusiasm to be diminished by someone else's horrible attitude. I ended up leaving and purchased at their competitors in the centre. I am not entirely sure who that woman was but she can't be mistaken with her dusty and droopy lash extensions and disappointing demeanour. Equally as important, attentiveness is not difficult especially in an empty store. Kindness is free but the jewellery isn't so if they want to make sales, they should consider it.

Staff needs training in this branch. Bought a watch on 9th jan which had a sale tag on it.upon purchase sale rep said the price has gone up unfortunately we can not offer that price and said it was our mistake. I believe they should offered me that price. Proud manage speake to those 2 sales rep in that branch and return my balance back. M waiting for the call.

The staff made it easy to choose which brand of watches to purchase for my Grandkids Easter gifts. And also necklace chains for myself. Friendly staff, and most helpful. Without taking me up a notch, to a more expensive brand. I must include, although it was getting close to closing time, the sales girl wasn’t bothered with the time of day. I would recommend this store to anybody looking for jewellery, at a very good price.

Love Prouds! The girls that staff the counters are always super attentive and friendly when helping me pick out my next ring or necklace. They polish up any jewellery I have bought and also offer to help put it on for me if I'm having trouble 🙂 Thank you for your friendly staff and service!

Nice jewellery shop where you can ways find so.ething for yourself or a gift for someone. Great bargains too in their SALE cabinet.

Visited the store yesterday looking for a gift for a family member and got amazing service from a lovely lady named Chrissy who was not only very friendly but also very helpful Will definitely go back there and if you want a great deal head down and ask to see Chrissy

Me and my mom had a very stressful day today. We came to this store and got a black sapphire ring as a gift for her friend after the blue sapphire ring her friend wanted on the catalog wasn't available. One of the two ladies running the store was very kind and even got her a price and gift receipt in case mom's friend decides to return it. On our way home we decided to call someone, but since my phone plan ran out mom suggested that I use her phone, only to discover that she forgot her phone on the counter of the jewellery store. Determined to pay our mortgage on time, we decided to take a U-turn at the roundabout near EG Ampol after a heavy traffic jam and a frantic search around the car. We got out of our car at the upstairs parking then started running to the store like our lives depended on it, hoping that it was still open. Outrunning mom, I got to the store but the entrance was already closed off (Duh, it was around 5:40pm). I banged on the shutter to notify the two ladies and did a phone signal with my hands. Without hesitation, both of the ladies knew what to do and lifted the shutter a little so they can hand me mom's phone. My mom was so relieved at the sight and we hugged on the spot. It was a day to remember. If it weren't for the help those two ladies, our day would've been alot more miserable. If any managers are reading this, give those two ladies a raise!
