These people are the best in everything, true suggestions and treat us like family. Best experience. Unlike the online ring sent from queensland and highpoint, no care plan given. Maggie and purnima sorted that out so quick. Truly the best people.

Your staff I deal with were fantastic. Very helpful with advice about my purchase and made me feel comfortable as I purchased a set off earrings. Then I return a couple of days later and purchase a second pear Of earrings

I would have given negative stars if allowed. I bought earring for daughter. The staff who sold it never told that she will have to take it every night. On first introduction we asked something for a daily permanent wear. In just 6 weeks time the studs of the lock came off, luckily the earring was still on the floor and metal was in the piercing itself. How can that such a strong metal part broke ? If she been wearing badly then how come just one of them broke ? Sometimes people think that we are just stupid. It was completely manufacturing fault, however the store employees and the manager Maggie were not willing to process for warranty repairs. They wanted to charge me $110 for just a soldering a lock. I don’t mind to pay and fix as daughter like the earring design and want to wear it. But I will never buy from this store and this brand. Very unprofessional !

Disappointing service. Bought two christmas gifts online, went to pick up instore, asked sales assistant if they can be wrapped with a ribbon as they were gifts, sales assistant refused to wrap with ribbon as the ribbons were saved for ‘big’ purchases. Surely you can spare a few centimetres of ribbon for the brand experience? You’d get a better experience at Pandora. Dissapointing.

My partner bought me a beautiful necklace to wear and day one. I wore it broke straight straight away. Lucky I caught it otherwise I would’ve lost the whole thing. Very disappointed for the quality that is being paid for.

This is directed to the company as a whole. So my engagement ring was brought from here 4 years ago. Since then it’s been regularly checked and looked after as part of the diamond warranty plan. When last weekend the top 2 tiers of the ring has fallen off and lost…. Leaving just the outer rim left attached to the band. It looks like it’s not been attached properly given both rims of the halo have fallen off. Rang Micheal hill they told me they would only repair the ring not cover the cost of the diamond replacement. And given there was a mistake on the documentation I’d be lucky if that would even be covered as part of the warranty. When I asked about a replacement diamond I was told that getting replacement diamonds would be hard, potentially not possible. they wouldn’t entertain the idea of this. So now I’m left with a ring I can’t wear and out of pocket to buy a replacement since getting replacement diamonds from somewhere else and getting them set would cost thousands. Incredibly disappointed in this as my ring has been looked after and been under the warranty and constantly checked by different staff of Micheal hill.
