Was looking for a pair of pants at Best and less Werribee plaza and Anna who works there was an absolute gem. She rang other stores for me and it was no hassle at all. Such a lovely young lady and so super friendly. You are very lucky to have such a wonderful team member working for you. She deserves a bonus. 10/10
