Thank you to the lovely Kim who helped me find the right pair of jeans in store this evening, doing so with such kindness and patience. Appreciated the expertise regarding styles, fabric and cuts, too.

Extremely greatful for Michelle and the ladies at decjuba craigieburn, after purchasing a beautiful black cross body bag yesterday I had noticed a fault in the manufacturing of the bag, as I was informed that day it was the last black in stock I decided to head to plenty valleys store and in shock was advised we can’t help you without the sale tag even though I am a member had the receipt via email it still was "too bag so sad" and was told even craigieburn will tell you the same. I ended up calling the craigieburn site and was advised that is incorrect and apologies And advised me to come in to sort it out. Incredibly satisfied and felt like a valued customer! Will be back ladies. 🙂

Worst customer service ever the lady that I won’t name was very passive aggressive and unprofessional. Epping store is so much better and the staff are always happy to help and polite.

Dear Decjuba, I would like to share my unfortunate experience during my visit. As I was leaving, the alarm did not go off, and an employee ran after me, accusing me of stealing a jacket that was actually from a different store. When I showed her the brand label, which was clearly different, she did not apologize and did not handle the situation politely. I was left feeling unfairly accused, and I hope this matter can be addressed, as I was treated quite rudely.
