I went into Pandora today thinking I was just going to buy some jewelry… but instead, I experienced customer service excellence on a cinematic level thanks to Kamy. From the moment she helped me with my engraving, I knew I was in the presence of greatness. Kamy didn’t just "assist" me — she guided me through the emotional journey of choosing the perfect piece like a jewelry therapist with a PhD in Sparkle Studies. She was funny, effortlessly kind, and somehow made the engraving process feel like we were crafting a historical artifact that would be displayed in a museum one day. Her humor? Elite. Her patience? Olympic-level. Her vibe? Immaculate. I walked in as a regular customer and left feeling like I’d just been styled by a best friend who genuinely wanted me to win in life. Absolutely Amazing Experience on Sunday, Came in just for a look and Ideas and was Greeted by the most friendly sales Assistant , can't remember her name but she was so lovely and had bits of pink in her hair. walked in at a bit of a rush but she still had a smile on her face and worked quickly yet effectively to get to everyone and even helped me get great ideas for my grand daughters birthday and Christmas! Thank you to that girl, I'll definitely be back!

Walked around the store looking at item's, and was not once greeted by either staff members, both where standing behind the till talking, I would rather online shop if this is the service I receive in person

Such a wonderful environment, the workers there are amazing and so friendly loved the customer service 💞

Can only do my shopping on late night trading because of the long hours I do at work and went to shop in town just a little after 6pm and was closed so went to shop at the forum at that was shut yet every other shop around them including other jewellery shops were open.

Went into Pandora today 17/04 to return a bracelet that I bought three weeks ago and I requested a refund as I was really struggling to get the clasp open and closed, The sales assistant told me it was out of time to return but it clearly stated on the receipt that a refund or exchange can be given within a 30 day timeframe, She wasn’t very friendly and told me she would have to return the item as faulty and then when I told her I paid afterpay she said she can’t help me and I would have to get a refund through afterpay, I will never be shopping there again which is a shame as I spend a lot of money on presents for people in there
