Poor service .lady didn't even ask why I was mad with the store .delays delays .no contact .said they had .sent to incorrect phone number ...very poor service .4 times I had been there to get my jewelry fixed.. Still not fixed .and was asked never to come back because I swore on the phone ...wonder why......bad .bad bad

Great range , brilliant display, helpful staff

One of my favourite jewelry places. Position, located in the main street, which is lovely as many of the original shops in this area fail to survive. Always well presented, staff are professional, polite and well informed. Prices are reasonable. Love the fact that they still have the ability for custom designed jewelry pieces. I am and will be a returning customer.

Great attention to detail and lovely staff. David helped design and create a custom ring from a family stone, I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. A precious item to remember loved ones - Thank you!

No longer a Pandora seller. Update: apologies to Phil Peel. The one star rating was for Google not updating their information on their site. When I rang Phil Peel's the staff member was helpful, although didn't mention that they actually carry a similar range. Hence I have updated my rating to four, as it wasn't meant against the store but the information Google provided. It wasn't meant as a 'bad review', only an observation. Regards Christina. 😃
