Oh my goodness, what excellent service!! I needed alterations made to 2 pieces of jewellery and the Karington staff were inventive, patient and so friendly in their approach. I highly recommend this business for their quality jewellery and attitude.

I called at 2pm to inquire about replacing a watch battery. They confirmed that they could do it and that they are open until 5:30pm. I said I'd be down after work and arrived at 5:17pm. Shop was shut and locked.

Where every other jewelers store in Melbourne failed Brian at Karingtons picked up the slack. I happened upon Karingtons due to a watch I was after that was no longer in production, I saw one available on their website but knowing how hard it was to find it, I went on store to find it wasn't available as I kind of expected however one thing stood out, and that was Brian basically had a similar watch and said he would order in a band so that I would end up with very much the same watch as what I wanted. Fast Forward a week the items arrived and I'm very happy with my new watch. This kind of service is something that is lacking from most stores in general in Australia these days.
