There is a young lady working here, on Wednesday 30th March 2023, who has tattoos and always has lovely manicured nails. When I return I will find out her name. She is an absolute treasure and needs a pay rise. She is attentive and extremely helpful. However there was another elderly woman who was not as nice. Yeah she had attitude, but the younger lady, certainly made up for the old woman's rudeness. I will keep coming back to this store because of this friendly young lady. An absolute treasure.
Absolutely disgusted!!! AVOID! Went in for a cheap chain and was not told a price until my husband had his hand ready to pay. The lady then says "that's three fifty nine." I thought damn that's cheap $3.59 and when I looked it was to late it was $359.00 what a rip off. I asked instantly said stop and tried to stop the paywave but it was to late. I asked for a refund because I didn't want to pay that for a chain and they refused to refund me even though I haven't touched the item. Then they just palmed me off the head office. Disgusting. Do not go there!
Chloe who was assisting me was able to solve the problem that I was having in store and I did not need to send the charm away for resizing. She tried everything that she could to make sure that I was able to get what I needed. Amazing experience and would gladly shop there again.
