We had a terrible experience at Michael hill rosny store on many occasions. The ring sizing was always incorrect. My diamonds kept falling out of my $4.5k ring. My partners ring was resized incorrectly and discontinued. We weren’t offered much help. One of the staff members used my partners information to find him and add him on Instagram. Very unprofessional. Very dissatisfied
There was an issue with an online order placed for Click and Collect from this store and although it wasn't at the fault of the store I phoned as soon as I realised and Tammy immediately got onto the problem, found a way to work around it and found a solution which resolved the issue! She was also very prompt and responsive, could not have asked for better customer assistance in this situation. Really really happy!! Thanks Tammy!!!
I can not thank the wonderful team at Michael hill Rosny Tasmania ,they went over and above with their customer service to help me get my dream ring I can not thank them enough, please do yourself a favour and go and see them tomorrow
