My soon to be wife came through and purchased my wedding ring a couple days ago, and ive come home today and seen it/tried it on etc, now whilst doing so noticed that it had black crap all over it, like stuck tk the ring. It was filthy. The box it came in when I opened it, essentially snapped in two, the mechanism that opens the box tore out the hinge, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The size was fine, given that my partner used another ring for size comparison, but the qualities that Prouds controls, such as cleanliness, packaging, etc were all shocking. It isnt a particularly expensive ring, I have no interest in anything flashy, however I would imagine that regardless of cost, when purchasing a wedding band I should at the very least be able to expect it to come clean in the box. My partner will be bringing it back to the store for cleaning or replacement and a new box, I will update this review after feedback from her experience rectifying the issue.

My husband purchased a G-Shock watch today from Proud's Jewellery at Market Square Shopping Centre, Geelong. We were assisted by Krystal, who was exceptionally professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Her product knowledge and attentive service made the purchasing experience smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this store and commend Krystal for her excellent customer service.

Great store, informative and helpful staff, and there is always something unique and special to find for every occasion. I bought a watch here, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I genuinely recommend these guys for an honest bargain and great range.

Went into the shop to buy a ring approximately the 8th Nov. The finger size was taken and the person behind the counter said that it was going to be ready by the 22nd Dec. She explained that we would get it before Christmas. On calling the shop a month later she stated that there was no guarantee we were going to get the ring before Christmas. She also said that this is what she initially stated when the ring was purchased. This is an outright lie. If we knew this was going to be the case we would have purchased it from somewhere else. Poor shop ethic telling your customer lies
