If I could give minus five stars I would. Never had such a bad experience in customer service. The old blonde woman was rude, abrupt and completely tried to rip us off. Offered $500 for the lot we had .. then to come back to say she would give $1500 for one item...was a joke. Left feeling upset and a little emotional. DO NOT RECCOMEND this place ever.

Most of the ladies that work here are sleeping and working. Not a great experience at all. Firstly got overcharged for gold bullion as they counted the money wrongly. Next no call back for weeks and I had to call and they finally said it’s here come pick it up. After picking up and leaving the store, they call to say good book not signed. Like you deal with gold daily, isn’t there a check list. N now I have to make another trip to the city. This is rubbish.

I was asked by Google to give a review so here it is I never had any issues as MOST of the staff are very easy to deal with and very helpful even the security guard is lovely HOWEVER the looks and attitude I get from one rude pretentious arrogant dismissive condensing woman in particular every time I have come here is infuriating I have been there 4 times and every single time she is in there and she gives me attitude I tried to ignore it however I am sick to death of it (like honestly , what the hell is your problem) I have been nothing but polite every time I walk in genuinely hoping to find something nice and every time she puts me off with her mean nasty attitude not to mention gives the store an extremely hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere i feel nauseous , just approaching the counter to ask about a piece, I've seen in the window but I'm not going to spend thousands of dollars at a store where i'm talked down to like garbage I did absolutely NOTHING to warrant the attitude, she gave me if you don't like dealing with people, then don't work at the front i'm honestly deeply disappointed there were multiple things I wanted to buy it, but I just don't feel comfortable coming in there if that's the treatment , I'm going to get every time I do as if I'm not welcome or my money is not good enough.

Absolutely the most unhelpful and inflexible staff i have ever encountered. Seriously rude and want me to put forward an asking price. How's about this for an idea ....maybe do what every other gold exchange jewellers do and pay the price of gold according to the current market price and c

They offered me the best rate compared to other shops when I purchased and sold my gold bullion bar at here. Friendly staff and excellent service.

Be very wary of this business. They sell jewellery and do not tell you it is "estate" jewellery. = second hand. Staff apparently don’t know at point of sale that it is second hand. But when piece of jewellery is returned due to being a faulty product then they state that it is an "estate piece". I received a refund after a month or more of back and forth. A refund in February of the price I paid in December. Another piece bought at the same time broke within 3 weeks of purchase. This is not a business I will ever recommend to anyone nor will I ever purchase from them again. Staff have their hands tied by management. They were kind but unable to assist. Buyer beware.

Poor customer service and they don't pay the best price. Don't bother with them, just go somewhere else.
