Chemist Warehouse Corio Central SC

Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a pharmacy. There were 6–7 employees on staff, yet most were standing around chatting and laughing with each other while customers waited. There was no acknowledgement of customers at all, and when someone was eventually served, the staff members were blatantly rude. Being a discount chemist isn’t an excuse for poor service. Basic courtesy and acknowledgement of customers should be the bare minimum.

I came here solely to get rona kits because at Christmas, who wants the spicey cough? Not me. I haven't been here before but I have been to other franchises; I tend to go to one of the ones in town. This one is spacious and clean. Orderly. The ones in town have less wide aisles. It's kind of amazing how many products are on sale here. That said, I trawled the aisles for a while, reading each and every section-label and could not find those test kits. That's fine, I sometimes have that blindness of finding everything but the product I want. I didn't check online to see if they do that thing where it says what aisle a product was in. After 5 minutes, I hunted out a worker. One guy was busy with two ladies scoping scents so I went back up the back and oldmate the pharmacist was able to quickly tell me that the kits were right up the front. They turned out to be in the stacks in the queueing section, not a place I would've guessed. It's a small thing. Plus also I'm not gonna walk thru queueing people hunting products. Again, small thing. I got two kits for $15. Overall, I had a positive experience. Fingers crossed I have a negative experience with these tests should I ever need 'em.

Worst customer service. Got a perfume out of the cabinet by male staff member. When it was scanned it came up $40 dearer. When we questioned him he got defensive and said the incorrect ticket had been put on it. He was so rude about it and put his finger up in my husbands face and said you are not getting it at that price. I was actually shocked at the behaviour. While it made me extremely angry I just put it down and said no thanks and walked. Would have paid the dearer price if he wasn't so rude. Went to a different business and paid the dearer price out of principle. Not our fault it had the wrong ticket. We only questioned it! I myself was a store manager this was not good behaviour he was a rude man.

Very disappointing experience at Karayo Village Chemist Warehouse. I politely asked a male staff member for a perfume sample and was treated in a rude and dismissive manner. He showed no interest in helping and made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was being viewed with suspicion rather than as a customer. Because of this, I ended up choosing a perfume randomly. This was not the level of service I expected, and I won’t be returning to this store.

What a shameful customer service. The guy clearly was DH. I asked if they could price match and he acted like I was asking him to pay from his pocket and if you actually go to their website the product was of sale too what a shame. I will not go back there unless there is no other choice. He was trying to sell me 13 SPF for 22 dollars

This pharmacy is hands down 5 stars .... They have empathy they listen and understand without judgement 🙂 I would definitely recommend using this pharmacy for all your prescriptions, also they have an extensive range of perfumes, and other health needs ,hair care skin care ext. It's also very safe as there is a security guard there so going into there makes me feel safe 🙂

Horrible customer service at the checkout desk. A lady refused to give me a bigger bag when I kindly asked her to put my medication. I don’t know what’s happening with the team at the Corio chemist but it’s going beyond ridiculous with the way customers gets treated. If she can’t handle being nice towards customers please don’t come to work with this attitude. We really don’t want to see aggressive behaviour and poor customer service Horrible !!!!!
