Now I understand why the reviews are bad, been coming here for a while now all has been okay until now, decided to get longer nails and they applied the acrylic too thin and the nails kept snapping off doing normal daily tasks, owner keeps blaming it on me and telling me to pay for her mistake, had 3 nails snap off without any injury, just used my hands, I’ve been getting fake nails for 10 years I know when there done right me when there done wrong, they are weak nails! told her I wasn’t happy but she still didn’t take responsibility so I said I’ll be going elsewhere, wouldn’t recommend unfortunately don’t get long nails here, they will snap off within a day or two, very unfortunate, they will never admit there wrong, poor service.

I went in at 1:30pm for a simple acrylic refill and it turned into one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. The tech kept reshaping my nails over and over, trying to get them the same size, going back and forth between hands. By 2:20pm nothing was done except endless filing, and my nails were getting shorter even though I asked for them long. I finally spoke up because I’ve never had so much filing in my life and the shape and length were nothing like what I asked for. She then asked if I wanted them longer, but still couldn’t achieve the look. At that point I just asked them to take them off or cut them down, because my young daughter was with me, getting upset from waiting so long — and instead of speeding up, they went even slower. They were fully aware she was distressed. What made it worse was the staff yelling at me and calling me rude, when all I did was explain I was unhappy with how long it was taking and how bad the nails looked. Tina, the owner, didn’t step in once. I don’t know if the tech was still learning or what was happening, but the whole experience was unprofessional and stressful. I will never return to this salon.

This was my go to place and I looked forward to my 4 weekly SNS manicures. I have been unwell so 8 weeks later I returned and to my dismay none of the regular staff were there. It seems a new owner. Regardless and after left waiting for quite some time I had my SNS and manicure and the result was terrible. SNS looks thick and unnatural and a huge gap between cuticle and nail so looks grown out. Manicure was not good either. This is exactly one week after and one nail broke on side which has never happened before. Old owner was brilliant.

I came to these girls to get my nails and a pedicure done and they did an amazing job. The service was great. She made sure the shape was exactly how I wanted and the design came out perfect on my nails! The pedicure was 10/10 experience, the lady was gentle and gave a great massage.

It’s really hit and miss. Some of the girls seem that have not been trained and their technique with nails/waxing is really poor. The "boss lady" seems to know what she is doing but unfortunately you can’t always get her.
