My sister had an excellent shopping experience here finding some new earrings. The shopping attendant was easy to talk to, and helpful in providing recommendations and advice on what earnings would best suite. The store was tidy, and although it's only small, it was well stocked. One last thing to note, is that according to the shop attendant, their cheaper products, often the ones with tempting deals, will unfortunately wear out and tarnish quickly with regular use, so I recommend asking about the longevity of products you like when considering purchase.

Thanks to the lovely team member yesterday- customer service was amazing - I walked in and was greeted right away. I was looking for a gift for a work Kris Kringle with a minimum budget and was pointed in the right direction and was also handed some other sale items that may have suited. We had some nice convos about work Christmas parties during my transaction. I’ve been to the Corio Village store a few times and each time the service had been friendly and helpful

I had a nose piercing done by Maddi at the Corio store at the weekend. Maddi's attention to details like placement and explaining exactly how the procedure would work was commendable. I have previously had the same piercing done on the opposite side (closed over) by a professional piercing shop and in comparison to my experience this weekend - night and day. This procedure was done with a nose piercing machine and the previous was with a needle. The machine was obviously quicker but also almost painless. The nose stud range I got to choose from was ample. They even gave me the follow up spray for aftercare. It cost $40 for the stud, after care spray and piercing as opposed to $100 for the same from piercing shop. I saved myself $60 this weekend and had a far more pleasant experience. The piercer Maddi was attentive, professional and knowledgeable - a rare combination in retail staff. Thank you Lovisa for a job well done.
