Love, love, love Felicity at The Hair Plug! I am the world’s fussiest hair extension addict and have been having keratin bond hair extensions at various places since 2014. I have also tried weaves, tapes, beads etc but keratin bonds are my favourite. A couple of months ago I had 200g installed and the quality of the hair and in salon experience was truly efficient, flawless and perfect. She is clearly very passionate about her job and knowledge of extensions. While in the chair I was also analysing the work of her colleague Jamana Ali and her work was equally impressive and both women provide stunning hair services with impeccable results. I immediately booked in my next removal for a few months time where they will be removed and they will be rebonded before my voluminous beautiful long bouncy hair returns. I highly recommend The Hair Plug and the wonderful friendly and kind attitudes towards their clients. See you soon Felicity!
