I am leaving a follow-up review to address the discriminatory treatment I experienced as an Asian customer. Being asked to have my bag checked was already uncomfortable, but being told to lift my clothing in public was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. No customer should ever be treated this way. This behavior is unacceptable and deeply concerning.

Chloe from North Lakes displayed a great knowledge of not only products in store but also online and other brands not stocked at galmacoand where I could get them from if I chose to purchase them. In the end what made me choose purchasing with Chloe at glamaco North Lakes was her amazing service and product knowledge despite other brands having better features and a cheaper price. You cannot put a price on good service and a good employee

Omg Jess is a world of knowledge!!! Amazing customer service and very honest. Listened to my concerns and provided me with a few options to choose from. What got me was Jess compared the options she provided which helped me make decision for my hair. Thank you Jess (my hair whisperer)

Broke down outside the store with our newborn baby. We had 4 different staff come check on us through the afternoon offering snacks/water/anything else we needed, security guard helped push the car somewhere safe till RACQ arrived - lovely staff working here made our crappy afternoon much better!

Kirra-Lee was extremely helpful today! She really knows her hair colours. Super happy with her customer service and knowledge on products! She even taught me a few things as well!

MJ was a legend. Helped us out. Very knowledgeable and didn’t try to over sell to us. Which made me buy more because of that. First time to the store. Now will be regulars. Thanks MJ!

As soon as I walked into GlamaCo I was greeted by a staff member (I didn't catch her name) and was asked if I needed help with anything. I expressed that I tried a sample shampoo from my hairdresser and was hoping to find it. Not being able to find the brand I was looking for I was than helped by Gemma and Kylie. After explaining my hairs tendencys and what I was looking for in a shampoo and conditioner I was given genuine information of what is best used. Gemma then showed me options that would best suit me based of what I was told. Gemma even insisted that I smell the shampoos and conditioners as sometimes the smells can be off putting. I didn't feel pressured to buy the most expensive product either. 100% will be going back!
