I’ve read a few books about beekeeping before, but I have to say — only during this course did I truly understand what it all means. The practical, hands-on part of the course helped everything click into place. Now I can finally go back to those books and actually make sense of them! I’ve already told many of my friends they must do this course — the amount of knowledge shared is incredible. Absolutely love this place for honey. Ever since I discovered it, it’s become my go-to and the only sweetener I use at home. I add it to my coffee, salad dressings, and even use it to help with hay fever. The taste and quality of the honey is unmatched. I also love to support small local businesses. Moe, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable. could listen to him share his wisdom for hours! He truly has a passion for what he does. He also offers beekeeping courses, which I will try soon. Highly recommend the place.

Moe was so nice! Very sweet guy. We dropped by in January 2026 and Moe was so patient in letting us try various types of honey. He told us about the benefits of each type - manuka vs jarrah and even taught me more about bee pollen and bee bread. I ended up getting prickly box flavour and the honey comb and cant wait to open and try them. He gave stickers for the kids as well, very cute touch.
