Pole & Aerial Divas Mornington

I attended an Open Day in February 2022. The same day was all signed up as I found my vibe and happy place for Pole Dancing. It’s a supportive sisterhood and one big happy family. It’s helped find and rebuild my confidence and zest for that enjoyment in life. I joined at the age of 40 then, but some days I feel 21 again with the joy it brings. My daughter joined 6 months later at the age of 12 in the Teen Diva program and now trains within the Elite Program with all members. It’s a beautiful, safe and supportive environment. She is thriving. I have enjoyed great experiences with End of Year Showcase, took on Lyra just this year and attended our in house Aerial Addiction comp and heading on to my third Pole Addiction Comp this year. I can’t imagine life without Divas and my sisters.

Signing up to divas was the best decision I ever made. The most welcoming and fun environment ever with the most Beautiful instructors and people you could ask to be around. So thankful to be part of this wonderful community💕

I joined Pole Divas Mornington because my sister encouraged me to. I didn’t expect to stay long given I had no physical strength and wasn’t sure I would enjoy it. I was lacking a hobby and interest in my life. What I’ve gained was WAY more than I anticipated. In my 2 years as a Diva, I have made new friends, found a sport I LOVE and am obsessed with, my physical strength is well beyond what I ever had dreamed of and getting better every day, and my mental health and self confidence is soaring. This place has given me more than I could’ve asked for and I’m forever grateful. Do yourself a favour and have a go! You won’t regret it. 💕

I was professional dancer for 25 years, when I decided to try again I found heaps of stuidos that said " Yes we support mature ladies" but felt so excluded when I joined. When I arrived at Pole Diva Mornington I was automatically made to feel like a queen and so respected. Aliera and Mon are so amazing and Zoe is such a great teacher, But they are only one of many awesome teachers. I have never felt so supported and respected, and I love every class and all the members are cool I never feel like I am the old 49yr old ex dancer, I feel like a friend a team member... I feel loved! I owe this to my PT Rose who told me I deserved to be respected. Pole Diva Mornington is the bees knees... Love you all.

Divas is the most beautifully inclusive safe space I’ve found. The instructors are amazing and explain things well and give alternatives if we can’t quite get a trick or a move and their shining faces make me so excited to walk into the studio doors. I’ve met some of my best friends at divas and I wouldn’t trade it for the world, everyone encourages each other and cheers you on no matter what. I’ve been going to Pole and Aerial Divas Mornington since October and I honestly couldn’t love it more. I was super nervous before starting, I thought I’d feel judged or out of place, but it’s been the total opposite. From my very first class, everyone was so welcoming and kind, and I’ve never once felt uncomfortable. The vibe at the studio is really relaxed and supportive. The instructors are amazing, they know their stuff, but they also make it fun and are genuinely encouraging no matter what level you’re at. It doesn’t matter if you’re brand new or have experience, everyone’s just doing their own thing and cheering each other on. It’s become such a safe, happy space for me. Every class is a good mix of challenging and fun, and I’ve felt myself grow so much in both confidence and strength. If you’ve been thinking about trying pole or aerial but you’re nervous, honestly, just go for it. This place makes it easy to feel comfortable and excited to learn. So glad I started!

I’m so grateful to have found this place! Morno Divas is the best!! If you want to get fit, get strong and meet some amazing women along the way, then this is the place to be! The instructors and deskies/management are so supportive and encouraging and there’s a great mix of different types of classes and styles, so something for everyone! I absolutely recommend Mornington Divas!!
