Don't come here! I bought a dull and flavourless sausage roll. 40c per sachet of sauce is pretty rich. Then, the lady over charged me. Then, she gave me the incorrect change as per her over priced estimation. A rip off joint that I'll never go back to. And neither should you.

Lettuce has no place on a banh mi. Order an $8 sandwich, get an $8 sandwich. Pork was tasty, just was too light on it and other ingredients.

Wouldn’t know what the food tastes like because the owner was too rude to even take my order. I took my kids in to get some food. They didn’t want anything other than the stale looking sweets, so I said "I think it will just be me they don’t really want anything". Before I could order anything she rolled her eyes and walked off. I was like okay guess none of us will be having anything then and walked out. Went to Lai bakery and got amazing service and food.

Best pies and sausage rolls that’s I’ve ever had a bakery. Would definitely come again.

Really nice family ran store. The Banh mi are well priced and nice. Could do with some Pate like other stores, but I think not having this is fair given the $7.50 price. Pies are cheap and good for the price. Overall, good old style ran family bakehouse.

Really yummy pork bahn mi - got to have that hot chilli. Hot jam doughnut and applecake are also our favourite. Hard working family business - always open, even Christmas morning!

Left a shop with a hunch that we were overcharged and true enough we were. When i returned to ask her the prices of each item, they changed every time she name a price 🤣🤣. The sweets and patries were the worst, custard tart filling was rubbery, zero custard taste. Apple struddel pastry was stale, brownie made with artificial flavouring. Ban mi rolls were alright, nothing special. Castroli tatsed like they have been out for days. I wouldnt be back and recommend u not to.
