Love the banh mi here. Super crispy bread with packed fillings. Great value for money. Expect a queue during lunchtime. Recommend crispy pork with crackles.
Can't rate the atmosphere that well as its only a Bakery. However, I love Bahn Mi and they have the best in Sunbury, thus far. Can get busy around the lunch hours and you might have to line up in a que to place your order.
My first bad experience yesterday when my wife and I brought a bbq roast pork ba mei Usually they are 10/10, but ours for the first time had lots of fat on the meat? We also both had mild diarrhoea the next day! This was so disappointing.

Love the food here. I always get a cheese and salad roll. Very reasonably priced and very fresh. The cakes are also delicious and a good variety. Friendly staff.
Got myself Ice Latte, the lady at the store was nice. This bakery store sells variety of loaf of breads, cake, biscuits and Banh Mi as well! 👍🏻
