Treated myself to Pork Bánh Mì and the taste was exactly as I expected, very tasty, topped with crispy pork crackling bits (no coriander on mine) and on a crunchy roll. I also tried a neenish tart, which had nice strong chocolatey flavour in the brown icing on top. I visited about 30 mins prior to closing, so considered myself lucky to be able to purchase what I wanted. Ladies working in shop were very polite and courteous. I would get food from here again 👍
Very bad customer service!!! I am nicely asking for an extra sauce for the pork roll. One staff ignored me, went to another staff and was telling that her colleague already gave some which she didn't that's why I am asking for one. The pork roll was too dry.. feel so embarassed as there are other customer around.. will never have a meal in this place again!!!
This is the 2nd crispy pork roll that I’ve had from this shop and it’s 🔥 well cooked and loaded with goodness. Amazing

Super sweet staff! Very yum bubble tea! I had the mango milk tea. It seems it’s hard to make good tapioca pearls. These ones were good!!
Best salad roll I've ever had in my life! I had the chicken on the Vietnamese roll for context. I could eat that everyday for the rest of my life. Offered my family a bite each and i honestly couldn't stop them from coming back for more and more bites! SOOOO Fresh! I need to try the pork next time, Keep uo the amazing work ladies. Honestly the best crispy pork roll, have been to cabramatta for their pork rolls and they honestly have nothing on KTS!! It is so fresh with the pickled veggies and the pork itself is tender with a great amount of crackling. They also do the best iced lattes in town, we go there regularly specifically for the coffee. We love this shop and hope they stay in Dubbo for a longgggg time
