I was part of a bridal party and purchased my dress from Nina at One fell swoop. I had previously worn a dress from One fell swoop and the customer service on that occasion was also incredible. During this time there was a mishap where I made a mistake with the ordering of my dress. When it came to trying on the dress I was panicked and flustered. Nina was incredibly professional but also so kind, thoughtful and logical. She helped with a resolution and showed kindness during the entire process. She worked her magic and I felt amazing in the dress. I can absolutely recommend Nina and the attention to detail and customer service provided is something rare.
