What an awesome store! The clothing in Juno Kids is such amazing quality, and the style is so elegant and classy. The lady working there was so lovely, we chatted and I didn't feel she was a pushy saleswoman at all, she was very knowledgeable and I valued her opinions greatly. So so happy with purchases I'll definitely be going back If I could rate this store 10 stars I would!

I purchased an outfit for my son’s christening, in the size 6 month (as he’s just turned 6 months old). The cap & booties that were included didn’t fit as they are not a standard size for a 6 month old, more like a 3 month old size. I took those items back to the store to see if they could swap it for me or even provide a discount on another cap & shoes and they told me they couldn’t do that. It’s a disappointing experience since I spent $280 on the outfit for my son to not even be able to wear the accessories and then pay about $70 for new accessories. The sizing is not accurate & I understand that it’s not the shops fault as they are buying the stock in,l however I am disappointed in the way they handled the situation and refused to admit the sizing was wrong and provide some sort of discount as I was still purchasing in store. My son has just turned 6 months & is average size so it’s not even that he is a bigger baby. In normal circumstances I wouldn’t have shopped there for the extra accessories however I had limited options due to needing the items for the weekend. I wouldn’t recommend this shop & won’t be going back for future events.

Good old fashioned excellent customer service, start to finish. Phoned them first to see if they had the suit in and guaranteed it was, and added a few suggestions too. Remembered me when we arrived and took us straight to the suit. In the end my grandson chose another one that fitted perfectly, he said he felt expensive! Them steamed it gave us a suit cover and helped us pay through the internet as our chosen method was not available in store. Please keep this up, you made my grandson feel special and gained two very impressed customers in his grand parents.
