I have no words to describe my wedding dress, absolutely exceptional and the finest quality. I was so glad to found the incredibly talented ladies at MXM Couture. I was in rush to getting organise my wedding dress and I couldn't decide where to go. I contacted MXM Couture in last minutes with anxiety. The ladies were amazing. They are so friendly; make you feel relaxed and are so professional. They really listen to you and are respectful and keen to make sure you have all the options out there. When I walked in to MXM Couture for my final fitting, I was blown away what they created for me.They have great attention to detail and has sewn this incredibly comfortable and stretchy dress that I have always dream of. Talk to these high experienced ladies Margaret and Michelle. They will make your dream dress. I get so many compliments on my wedding day. I am so happy to have found my dream dress here and will forever recommend MXM Couture to everyone I know! It was such a magical experience! I would love to say a huge Thank You to Margaret and Michelle who worked so hard to make my dress in such a time limited. Thank you beautiful ladies !

I called MXM this morning for a last minute alteration to a dress and I had it back within an hour! I was so stressed and MXM lifted a weight off my shoulders. The salon was beautiful, I was well looked after and the work was well priced - I'll be back for sure!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. 3 days out from my wedding (over a week late from the agreed time), after i picked up my dress from MXM Couture i had to take my dress ELSEWHERE to get fixed. Wonky zigzag hacked hem, uneven neckline, found 5 pins AND a needle and thread, plus a bunch of scraps from other peoples dresses in my train. And I paid for this and it was considered 'finished'. I had brought up my concerns earlier but was dismissed. I even had some of my requests ignored!!! So I was desperate to just get my dress out of there! I am confused by the other beautiful dresses they promote because the quality of the workmanship on mine was beyond depressing. My dress was definitely not shown the care or attention it deserved (especially considering the price tag!) The lifesaver seamstress that fixed it after said she'd never seen such a "hack job". I cant even tell you the stress this caused me. It's the one thing i'd change about my wedding. I truly wish i'd never come here 🙁 EDIT - Effie's not my real name. I don't wish to be contacted and have to re-live this any longer. It's enough to think of it every time i look at my wedding photos. There's nothing that could be done to fix it now. I just want to save others who could possibly go through the same. You've been warned.
