Paula was INCREDIBLY helpful today when I went in to purchase a dress. I was stuck between two dresses for an event, but she gave me such good advice and compliments on both that I ended up purchasing both. She was extremely attentive (asking me if I needed different sizes or any help) and made the experience so much easier. Big compliments to her!

I normally don’t do reviews but I’d love to do one for Sharron. Sharron was very polite to assist me, she had spot on customer service that I hadn’t received while finding a dress before. Sharron hyped me up and made me feel comfortable & confident. Overall Sharron is one of the best assistants!! Well done Sharron xx

5 STARS NOT ENOUGH SHARON DESERVES HIGHER!!! I walked into City Chic stressed and panicked I had come to return an item I had bought online and accidentally deleted from my email and trash:( Saw Sharon and she was always helpful went and told her about my issues and she looked after me and even though she struggled to get the help she needed she persisted. She realised the order number was on the package I had received and was able to help me return the items She didn’t rush or brush me off She kept looking to find a solution even calling other store managers Sharon is worth her weight in GOLD Please make sure all manager and executive read this message

I don’t normally write reviews but felt the staff at City Chic Mt Druitt deserved to be acknowledged for their outstanding customer service. I was served by such a lovely staff member today. I think her name was Crystal there was another lady whose name I didn’t get who was lovely too. Both were so helpful and friendly which is rare these days. I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience in the store but welcomed. Both ladies were helpful with suggestions and honest feed back. I hope management read these reviews as these ladies deserve to be acknowledged by management.

The assistant there at the time suggested a 3 dresses I try on. I'm very impressed by her mannerism and expertise in assisting me pick out a beautiful dress that was so flattering on my body that I'm at present working on to get some curve back in the right places. She defined my body shape and actually helped to reassure my confidence in me again. Thank you so much

I recently shopped in the mt druitt store and was served be jess. She was very nice, polite and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything like I have in other stores. Will definitely go back. Great experience.
