I had the most lovely experience purchasing my Mother of The Groom Dress. My husband and I had been to other shops that day and by the time we arrived we were a bit over it. The weather was 40% and the first interaction was to offer a drink of water. The ladies were very helpful and the service was really good. Nothign was a bother to them. The range of dresses was incredible. Thank you ladies .

Turned up with my daughter for a dress after being told we had to wait an assistant showed her a dress she tried on and loved. As mother of the groom I asked to see a navy dress 3 times to be ignored told not in my size and basically dismissed. Service was absolutely terrible given the fact the right dress money was never an issue looking at designer dresses now in excess of $1000. I have purchase at least 5 formal dresses in the past but would not step foot back in this shop.

Zero stars if an option. As a retail manager and over 15 years experience I was gon smacked on the customer service and not understand merechading and if a signsays $10not a from.anywhere noted it.any customer would be annoyed wnenthey say no it's actual another price. But to have the lady call me stupid and dumb and everyone else understand I was so angry seeing red but constant rude and bullying while doing the transaction. Honestly do better I would hate being a employee imagine that staff turnover and bullying anf I am a customer being bullied -

The (Rouse Hill) store has a huge amount of dresses & gowns, and the staff are so friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable plus supportive. Pamela & the young girl Sharish? Truly amazing. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The quality of the dresses is absolutely terrible – cheap fabric, messy stitching, and nothing like the photos online. Sizes are all wrong, some dresses looked worn out before even being delivered. On top of that, customer service is a joke – they don’t reply properly, and when they do, they act like they don’t care. For the price they charge, it’s a complete scam. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
