Willows Shopping Centre Townsville

Willows Shopping Centre is one of the most convenient and well-set-out centres in Townsville. It’s clean, easy to navigate and has a great mix of major retailers and smaller specialty stores, so you can get everything done in one trip without running all over town. The centre feels well maintained and organised, with wide walkways and plenty of parking. Staff across the stores are generally friendly and helpful, and there’s always something happening which gives it a good community vibe. Overall, it’s a reliable, practical shopping destination that makes errands simple and stress-free. Definitely one of the better centres in Townsville.

Great selection of shops, the centre looked amazing, modern and great layout. Not quite 5 stars due to the parking outside. Looked very outdated, minimally maintained and pedestrian logistics not kept in mind. Pouring down rain, minimal shelter for both cars and people.

Like any other Shopping Mall, Willow holds a good shopping stores that will cater to your needs. We also have alot of eatery Restraunt around and 3 famous Supermarket if you want to do your food shopping under one roof at Willows. Sunday market is a must with fresh food products, eateries and other accessories to your liking, its not a big market but its a good hang out for families. Come and visit and enjoy xx

Security parked in disabled drop off zone. Unfortunately this is the third time this has happened.

Staff that act like security guards. And because they aren't actually security guards, they don't have to wear a name badge or identifying number like a guard does. They told me it was illegal to drink a non-alcoholic beer in an unlicensed venue, which is totally false. I was leaving anyway because I had an appointment. He refused to give his name which only makes sense if you know you're in the wrong. They won't touch the kids stealing every day or people drinking six packs near Big W, but I couldn't go 30 seconds drinking something that has less alcohol than orange juice without being harassed. As soon as he seen the zero, that should have been the end of it.
