Amazing work and incredibly kind staff. I made an appointment but had to reschedule to later on in the day. They were so flexible and understanding, great communicators and I even had the alterations to my bridesmaid gown finished and collected same day!

Have been a regular at LookSmart Galleria over the years. Each and every time their customer service is excellent. Focused on ensuring you are happy with any alterations they make, they attend their job with speed, accuracy and efficiency. Today was no exception where I three pairs of trousers that needed their hem adjusted. All the work was done within the hour and I left happy. Would definitely recommend them.

I did my wedding dress alteration here and was very happy with the service and the results. The lady that was assisting me came up with a creative solution to fix the dress from falling off my shoulders, and was very professional and knew what she was doing. I'd recommend her to my friends too.
