Best service and amazing product range with supper friendly staff. I just purchased a new pair of Ariat boots and the service couldn’t be better!
Brilliant shop it has everything you need from head to toe. RMW, Country Road, Akubra and Mico just to name a few. Goulburn is extremely lucky to have all of these brands under one roof. Ash and her staff are also a wealth of knowledge and their customer service is second to none.
I have been to this specialty shop a few times now. What an amazing experience every time I enter the store! The staff make me feel very warm and welcome. I have purchased a few items to date, and every time it is the most amazing and comfortable fit. If you want great service and to walk away knowing everything is perfect, this is your store. Thanks again to the staff for all your assistance in making my visits worth it!
Exceptional quality and range, superb customer service. The manager sent my RM Williams boots to South Australia to be resoled, they arrived back in brand-new condition. I paid $150 knowing I'll get another ten years out of my riding boots, which I wear nearly every day. If you're looking for investment items that will last up to twenty years (or more), The Country Outfitters is Goulburn's best.
The owner Ash is awesome and super friendly, as well a helpful. Suggestion on a pair of black chino's the were only $70 best fitting pair i've ever had. If you looking for comfy gear as well as RM williams, drop by into her store.
Old fashon service & advice. Purchased a new Akubra as my old on had shrunk in size. Was advised to buy a larger size & add an insert incase it shunk again. just love the hat. Great shop,Great Service, Great products.
