Ginger Pins Wedding Dress Alterations

I had the most fantastic experience here with Kathryn. I cannot commend her enough for her outstanding efforts and professionalism. Extremely efficient! Fast, without feeling rushed. Thorough, without being repetitive or meandering. She was direct with her questions, listened with interest and was overall very warm and approachable - didn’t even balk at the twerking when I needed to have a proper test drive! I had the upmost confidence in her abilities from the moment we arrived for alterations. My understanding is that she had her work cut out for her with my gown (it was quite the handful, literally!) but she executed a difficult task to perfection. I am so grateful for her efforts. My dress now fits perfectly and I know I’ll look my best on the big day. Thank you Kathryn.

Amy and Kathryn did a stellar job altering my bridal gown! It was a (rather weighty) ballgown which needed to be shortened at the front and the team identified other modifications that needed to be done (amending some of the pleats and folds of the dress). The dress has a 3.5 metre (!!) train from the waist and Kathryn had the experience and talent to create unnoticeable bustles for a more comfortable wear during the reception. The team made me feel confident in the changes that would be made and both the pricing and turnaround time were more than reasonable. I cannot recommend the Ginger Pins team highly enough!

Lovely experience. The alterations to my daughter's wedding dress were absolute perfection. The dress now fits perfectly - just like a glove with the perfect hemline & such an easy bussel. 1 little loop up & she's ready to dance. Such lovely customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. 😊💗💯

Where do I start. Not only did Amy alter my bridesmaid dress but she did it with such short notice. She was so understanding and made me feel at ease. Very genuine and caring person.
