Bridal Gown Alterations

Traezi suggested an alteration which was amazing in theory but brushed off my concerns about the structure of my $2000 dress losing the boning support around my chest . Celebrity tape and padding inserts were recommended and used which detached from the weight of my dress and the weird angles of the alterations. My dress was ruined and I was so uncomfortable - luckily I could use my bouquet to cover my chest and I held it up high and close all day providing some support to keep the dress from falling down or exposing myself. I was so uncomfortable, arms were sewn too tight they didn't reach high enough and ripped when I moved . Traezi replaced latches on the back with elasticated material which made them stretch wide open. I have been hesitant to post a review but I paid $900 for alterations that were recommended and apparently within her capabilities, had at least 5 fittings and ended up feeling embarrassed and so uncomfortable that I wore a hoodie over my dress at the reception. I've tried to let it go but I just can't. Upset is an understatement. Luckily my photographer was very professional, he worked around it and managed to get some nice photos but I'll never forget how uncomfortable and restricted I was in movement on the day. I wish I'd just gone with the standard alterations instead of letting her experiment under the guise of a professional.

Traezi is such a wonderful, patient and kind lady whom I am so glad to have found to alter my gown. It took a few visits because she wanted to get it right for me and I couldn’t be happier. I had my wedding dress custom made by Traezi and there are no words to describe the final product. My expectations were well and truly exceeded, even the guests were all in awe and still speak about the dress to this day!!!! Traezi designed the dress for me according to my style completely. She put in so much time to get fabric samples for me. I would send her so many different photos of the dress styles I loved and she honestly was just as excited as I was. We even had several appointments to look at different fabrics and lace. She knew exactly how much fabric to order and she cut up the lace by hand and appliquéd it into the most beautiful design. Not to mention she made the most beautiful detachable train for the dress as well. Her eye for detail is second-to-none and I could not be more grateful for all her help and hard work. I wasn't even sure if I wanted a vale... so she made me two of them so I could decide on the day which one would fit perfectly with my hair and makeup!! I went to an abundance of wedding dress stores and makers of which I felt were way too impersonal. Traezi gave me the chance to have a custom made gown that was personalised and unique and I could not have been happier
