Jenny is absolutely amazing! Every time I come into the store, she greets me with the biggest smile and makes me feel so welcome. What a delightful experience it was dealing with The House of Frank Stuart for the first time. I’m from interstate and was looking for a particular velvet. Over the phone Jenny went above and beyond to assist me. She is very attentive and efficient, has a wealth of knowledge and expertise with a warm and friendly personality. My favourite fabric store in Melbourne. They have an extensive range of high quality, hard to find fabrics at extremely reasonable prices. If you need embellished fabrics or silks, they are the place to go. If you are a historical costumer, definitely check out their bargain price silk jacquards. I love to spend a good couple hours going through their collections when in Melbourne. They are always so helpful in helping you find the right fabric for your project, match the perfect trim, and figure out the correct yardage. They are also happy to help you find fabrics over email and post it to you. The ball dress I made using their fabric and trim turned out just like I had designed.
