Sediqa was amazing when i contacted her the morning of a wedding i was attending where she altered my bridesmaid dress hours before the wedding when i wasn’t happy with how my dress fit me. She was kind, friendly and very willing to help, even being a saturday morning. She did a perfect job and i was very happy with how the dress fit. She also provides a very reasonable price for excellent work. I’ve had quite a few pieces of clothing altered and highly recommend Couture Crafters Alterations.

After visiting multiple in-store alteration shops and being told my skirt was too difficult to alter, I found Couture Crafters on Google. I was able to drop my skirt off straight away, and it was ready by the following afternoon. I was also charged a fraction of the price I had originally been quoted by stores in Frankston. I am extremely happy with the service and will definitely be a returning customer. I will also be recommending Couture Crafters to my friends and family.

I was worried to come to here because it was at a home and i have never been here. But she told me she is highly crafted, showed me examples of her current work and reassured me that she can alter my wedding dress with good quality. I received my dress a week later and she did it beautiful job, matching the stitching of the current dress. I had my dress waist and bust tighten and length shorten. She is a lovely lady and I would recommend to go to her.

Sediqa literally saved me with my wedding emergency. My dress was complicated to alter but she really pulled it off better than I expected. She went above and beyond. Beautiful and warm personality, fare with her pricing and her work is immaculate. Basically got it done well before her expected timeframe. I will post photos after my wedding but for now I would really like to recommend her to anyone needing any alterations. I will definitely keep using her for any future alterations. Fantastic service. Alterations to my suit and my wife's dress were both quick and of quality. Good pricing as well. Highly reccomend. NOTE: I provided another of my pants to her for reference length. If you have pants she could use to copy would suggest providing.

Excellent customer service and responsive. It’s really well priced but the best part is they are so quick yet the quality is uncompromised. I’ve been here twice - definitely will be a regular and recommend this place!
