Absolutely horrendous service. My partner dropped our 3 bridesmaids dresses off a month ago when the first bridesmaid was measured. Went back today with the next bridesmaid only to find the dresses out of the bag, one of them stained in her care (they were pristine when we dropped them off), no work done on the first dress either. From there she claimed that she hadn’t stained it (despite there being a visible stain on it), tried to claim our bridesmaid did it, and then said "accidents can happen anywhere". Made my partner pay $30 just to get dresses back that she hadn’t worked on, and had stained in her care. No offers made to have the dress dry cleaned, either. The "receipt" for the $30 is highly unprofessional also. Receipts should be about services rendered, not comments on opinions of personalities. I’m editing because the business owner can’t accept or admit any responsibility and just blocks people on fb when they bring up valid issues. I’ve added some photos of the dresses hung in the window and left on a rack on display. Clearly doesn’t care for her customer’s dresses enough to protect them with young children in her home having access to them.

Mani did an alteration of Men suit recently and Holy communion dress year ago. An amazing job at a reasonable cost. I enquired with other stiching centres too, but everyone gave me an expensive quote. You are very approachable. Thank you so much Mani .

Very bad experience and not recommended. She was demanding cash payment rather than card without informing cash payment is a cheaper option. She was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Before you plan to use this company’s service, please have a look at the lower rated reviews ! Completely unprofessional behaviour from the owner!. my sister was spoken to with complete disrespect! We came to collect the brides maid dresses we left with her over a month ago! One of the dresses had a stain that was created in her possession telling us when we noticed it I quote " it’s ok! The dress will get stained anyway ! " umm sorry….they are brand new dresses that just needed to be altered. If you want less issues for your special day I highly suggest not using this service.

Mani did an absolutely amazing job on my wedding dress. She altered it to a smaller size. Fits like a glove. Can't even tell it's been altered. Would definitely use again and would recommend!

Highly recommend, I needed my dress altered for a wedding this weekend. She did all the alterations (bodice, shoulder and hemming of the dress) in about a week for a great price and excellent quality! Fit perfectly when I picked up the dress! I'm super happy with the service thank you so much!

Mani is an alteration WIZARD! She altered both my bridal top and my maid of honours dress for my upcoming wedding and did a fantastic job! They both fit absolutely perfectly now and can't even tell they have been altered, absolute magic! Great customer service by Mani and enjoyed every minute of getting alterations done.
