Everything felt really easy from start to finish, and I loved how seamless the whole process was. My daughter looked incredible wearing the dress and had so many people ask where it was from. Wonderful Dress Shopping Experience My experience shopping here was absolutely hassle-free. The girls are all amazing and so helpful especially Chanelle, Tianna, and Vicki. I had looked everywhere else and wasted days in the heat going from one shop to another. The moment I walked into this store, I finally found exactly what I wanted. Even the dresses we had only seen online were ordered in for us by Vicki without any issues. The prices, quality, and huge range of dresses were all fantastic — honestly one of the best selections I’ve seen. The team was very accurate with timeframes and kept us updated on the status of our dresses the whole way through. I truly loved the girls at this shop, so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Me, my four sisters-in-law, and my mother-in-law all bought our dresses from here, and both I and one sister-in-law ended up buying two dresses each. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Doll House enough! The customer service is absolutely amazing — Tara went above and beyond and was so helpful, patient, and accommodating. The variety of dresses is incredible, and every piece is beautiful and made with the highest quality. Such a wonderful experience from start to finish!

The staff are extremely helpful and reliable. They helped me choose a dress that was absolutely perfect for my brothers wedding. The dress had to be special ordered and Vicki did a rush order to ensure my dress arrives well before the event. Chantelle was updating me when the dress shipped and helped with the fitting process. The girls are divine and I have recommended them to everyone I know that is in need of a special dress. I love The Designer Precinct and I cannot wait to go back for my next big event.

My mother was supplied with a floor-stock sample rather than a new garment, despite paying in excess of $2,000. The dress was delivered in a damaged and faulty condition, rendering it unfit for wear. Despite these issues, the business has refused to offer a refund. A greater emphasis on customer service, product quality, and adherence to consumer obligations—rather than an excessive focus on physical appearance and exploiting consumers—would likely result in a far more satisfactory experience for clients. For those who value stress and paying premium prices for unsatisfactory outcomes, this business would certainly meet expectations!

My Portia and Scarlett dress was absolutely stunning! The quality was incredible, every detail felt so luxurious and beautifully made.
