The sales assistant was excellent. She was so attentive and caring to my niece. She helped with style and colour. Highly recommend this shop to all young ladies looking for their perfect Formal dress. We will definitely be back in the future.

I visited Parramatta Bec and Bridge on 21/06/25 and had the most welcoming experience, leaving with two beautiful dresses. Jess and Soph were so amazing and made me feel so comfortable and confident in the dresses. When first entering, the girls were so kind and ready to help out with anything. They gave me some space to browse for a little bit and were easy to approach when I wanted to ask about a dress I had seen online. I tried on the first dress and loved it, however also loved another one as well. I asked both the girls for their advice and thoughts and they were both so refreshingly honest in the most friendly way. They made me feel as though I were asking my friends for their opinion, and not as though they were shop assistants trying to sell me something. Even further than just giving their thoughts on the dress, they also gave some big-sister advice on what heels and bag would go the best and how I should do my hair. My mum and I both really appreciated how we were treated in this store and will definitely be my first stop the next time I'm in need of a dress.

My experience shopping here is really dependent on the staff member on shift when you visit. Personally, I had a pleasant experience shopping here thanks to Sienna. I first spoke to her over the phone to ask about wedding edit dresses and she was really accommodating and kind enough to let me know the names of the dresses from the collection available in store. This was in stark contrast to another staff who I spoke to at B+B Macquarie. She sounded hesitant, not happy to help me with my question. Because of the positive experience with Sienna I decided to visit the parramatta store in person. I visited B+B in person on 26.10.24 and was really grateful Sienna was there, she was just as attentive, caring, and offered a lot of practical advice as I was in between two dresses. Thanks to her, a sale was made. I do believe that if other staff members provided the same level of customer service as Sienna presented, the overall experience for other customers would be a lot more pleasant, potentially increasing sales ☺️

Emily from the Parramatta store was incredibly helpful in assisting my bridesmaids find the perfect dresses for my wedding this year. She went above and beyond and her service was just great. Would definitely recommend!

pretty clear the kind of people bec and bridge cater to as a brand. i’ve never shopped at bec and bridge before but came in excited to try on a dress i had seen online for a formal event, only to not be greeted coming in. i eventually noticed how i was the only person not being acknowledged despite staff walking past me multiple times and me trying to make eye contact. meanwhile they greeted all the white women coming in. i felt so discouraged and unwelcomed within a span of 2-3 minutes i had left. i was so upset by this experience i decided to forget the dress and shop elsewhere. your staff truly don’t do anything to beat the allegations you as a brand have. don’t have stores in an area like parramatta if thats how you treat customers of a deeper complexion.

We had such a horrible experience there today. We were so excited to go bridesmaids shopping and try on all the dresses your worker was no help to us !! ignored us didn’t even offer dress size or even start a conversation with us Really poor customer service lost a massive sale today
