This was the first wedding dress shop I visited & I found my dream wedding dress! The staff were so helpful & made myself, mum & mother in law feel welcome, special & fussed over. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Totally a 10/10 experience for us, my daughter in law purchased her dress here 6 years ago and recommended my daughter try this store first. We left with wedding gown and bridesmaids sorted. Caring and helpful staff guided my daughter to a dress she wouldn't have ordinarily considered, it was the first one she tried and the one she came back to - perfect! The prices are very reasonable, quality of gowns to choose from was great and all around we had a beautiful morning getting 'wedding ready'. Thanks team at Sunset Bridal.

Debbie helped my find my dream wedding dress after a horrific day of searching for dresses at other big named stores closer to the city! I struggled so much due to being plus size but the first dress I picked off the rack happened to be my dream dress! Great pricing and lovely customer service, extremely happy to be a returning customer after buying my deb dress here in 2016! Highly recommend!!

I rang Debbie and made an after hours appointment which she agreed to and told me twice she could do. When I got there, the store was shut. I had not received a phone call before hand about cancelling the appointment. Debbie's mobile number was on the door so I rang that number asking if she was coming to the appointment and I waited half an hour without hearing anything from her. The next morning I got a phone call from sunset bridal. It was not Debbie who rang me it was another staff member and I did not even get an apology or any sympathy or any sort of human consideration at all. The level of customer service was below zero, I can't even be bothered wasting my time with this business after reading all the bad reviews. I am only posting this so no one else gets disappointed by this business. If you make an appointment you should be there and if not you can atleast have the decency to say sorry. Very very poorly run business.

I didn't end up getting my wedding dress from Sunset Bridal, but I would like to share my positive experience I had! I first heard of Sunset Bridal whilst perusing a wedding Facebook page, and there were a lot of great comments. I had a bridal dress appointment a few weeks ago for my first ever dress fitting and did not know what to expect at all. As I decided to go straight after work, I went alone. Debbie made me feel very comfortable- she was so friendly and welcoming. I was able to look at the dresses myself and find the ones I liked, and she also helped pick out a few as well. She made me feel very comfortable whilst trying on the dresses, especially for the ones that didn't fit well and she had to clip in so they wouldn't fall off me! She also let me take photos of the dresses so I could see how they looked and to think about it! I actually learnt most of my wedding dress knowledge from Debbie, how the whole process went, how alterations worked etc. The prices at Sunset Bridal are very reasonable and if I had found the one, I would not have hesitated to have bought it from Sunset Bridal.

Debbie was the most friendly and helpful lady. She had lots of patience and time for my granddaughter to select a dress that was to her taste. Very good sale price. Beautiful dress and fantastic service. I would highly recommend. Thanks Debbie for your help.

Wished I could give zero stars. Worst store ever. The owner has a poor character. She kept my deposit even in the pandemic because we needed to cancel our weeding due restrictions. That shows her character. Also her staff was rude and not very helpful. There are way better stores to find in Melbourne.
