I have been a loyal customer of Holdsworth brothers jewellery stores since 2006 for many reasons. Obviously their range of beautiful top quality jewelry pieces that suit many and varied budgets. Their quality workmanship to repair pieces and resize rings is also amazing. The 3 stores at the Glen, Knox City and Eastland are always inviting and neat and clean but it is the staff that stand out. I know many of these helpful, friendly and knowledgeable ladies as I have purchased jewellery from all 3 stores. My last and most precious piece was a new ring designed and remodeled for me from the Glen store. Kylie the manager, was simply brilliant and so caring of my needs when planning every step with me and she was able to use every stone from my original engagement and eternity rings in a beautiful stunning new design to wear for future years as my originals couldn't be resized. I am forever grateful to Kylie and indeed all other gorgeous staff who genuinely care about their clients as I have witnessed many times. I highly recommend these beautiful stores to anyone wanting to buy stunning jewelry of quality whilst receiving top service and care. You will be very well looked after.

I recently had a ring re-designed by Holdsworth jewellers. After obtaining quotes from other jewellers, I felt more comfortable with the warm and friendly expert service at Holdsworth Jewellers, where I purchased the ring originally. Nothing was too much for Kylie in store. We worked through a design I had in mind, together, and the end result was absolutely stunning. I could not have wished for anything more from this team. Kylie was realistic with time frames, designs, and costings. I am truly grateful for the quality of service I received from Kylie and the team of jewellers who worked behind the scenes, to give me a stunning piece of jewellery that I am besotted with. The service from Annette was truly exceptional—she made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of jewellery is impressive and she personalised the entire experience, making me feel so special. When I showed her a photo of the engagement ring I envisioned, Annette immediately arranged for a similar ring to be transferred from another store. It was perfect! Since our wedding, we’ve visited a few times for cleanings and resizing, and Annette, along with the other staff, always makes us feel right at home. After the recent passing of my parents, I wanted to purchase something meaningful to remember them by. I visited the Glen Waverley store and was warmly assisted by Annette. Although there were many beautiful rings, I couldn’t find the right one. Annette went above and beyond- sourcing the most stunning sapphire and working with incredible patience and kindness to help me design a truly exquisite bespoke ring. The result is even more than I imagined. The ring now sits proudly on my finger as a daily reminder of my parents , and I couldn’t be more grateful.
