The store has a huge variety of art n craft stuff, home decor and much more BUT I think they don't want visitors to buy because most home decor which I liked were missing the price info and nobody can run to staff to ask for the price of every other item. The store needs management and man power. Some items were well priced but some were overpriced as well.
Under a handful of staff working there today. Asked where to find a product, was pointed in the wrong direction and left to my own devices. The store is a mess and could not find what I was looking for. Very poor customer service! Never going back.
Always looking for fabric shops where ever I go and must say this shop has about everything. From cricut machines, sewing machines, loads of materials to choose from, to bathroom goodies. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and i have been in there 3x in two weeks. Bought stunning outdoor fabric to take home with me.
Its almost a one stop shop for everything to do with house items. Highly recommended for a country city
Went to simply purchase a small curtain for stretch cord pre packaged would have been fine pretty simply right. No I had to ask for help but walked around in circles looking for someone to help me out but. Finally I found what seemed to be the store proprietor and someone cutting fabric next to him and all I could get out of them was I don't know . So I went did it my own way . Thanks for all the help team Spotlight Geraldton .
