I have never met a ruder, nastier lady than what I have at this store. I went to purchase bridesmaids dresses (4 of them), and when it became apparent that I already had a wedding dress and that it came from another store, the woman (who is also the owner) became incredibly rude, calling my dress which I had brought with me "cheap" and saying that "you only have one day to do this right, I would never have recommended this dress to you," and suggesting that the dress wasn't my colour and that I'd regret my day unless I purchased another dress from her. She also physically grabbed one of my bridesmaid's hip bone while she was trying on a dress, and said loudly "this dress will help hide this roll". My bridesmaid just happens to be a very petite Aus 4 (yup, smaller than what is normally in stores) who weighs no more than 45kg, responded 'that's actually a bone." The women responded shamelessly "well the dress will cover it up anyway." I was given a quote for the dresses which I was told was valid for 6 months. I went back three months later (precisely when the woman told me I should order the dresses in time for my wedding), and was told that she was "too busy" for such a little profit, and that she had other brides who were ordering more and she refused to order the dresses because there was "too little profit" for bridesmaids dresses alone - yup, back to the trying to convince me to purchase one of her wedding gowns. On the plus side, she did tell me the name of another store stocking the brand of dresses I was after - I was much happier to take my money elsewhere.
