My experience at the Bloom studio in Brisbane was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew I was in the right place. Alicia’s expertise and genuine warmth made me feel right at home, and what I loved most was how patient and accommodating everyone was to me. They never rushed me during the process and made such an effort to make every second I spent there feel special. I had the freedom to explore as many dress and veil options as I liked, and I tried on quite a few! Alicia was always there to support me, reassuring me on my concerns and ensuring I felt confident in every decision I made. Every dress was a 10/10, I honestly could have envisioned myself in any one of them, but with Alicia’s help, I finally chose my perfect Vivienne Westwood dress, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The entire team at Bloom made this experience so incredibly fun, and I’m beyond grateful for everything they did to make my wedding dreams come true. This will forever be the number one bridal store I recommend to anyone searching for their bridal dress/es, it truly is the best of the best.

Where do I begin with Sam, Alicia and the beautiful Bloom Team! My gosh when I went to Bloom in October 2024, I did not think I would find my wedding dress so early, but I certainly did at Bloom! I remember coming in having no clue what style I wanted as I had never tried on wedding dresses before and when I was trying some on, I remember Alicia asking if she could make a few suggestions which I was very encouraging of, I LOVED that and it was Alicia who suggested the dress I fell in LOVE with and everyone who was with me fell in love with it too. We all said "WOW she knows exactly what she is doing!" Not only did I find my dream dress with Bloom, but the whole process with Bloom was so easy and stress free! They organised everything with my dress designer, I just had to go in for fittings and then of course pick up my beautiful dress & veil! There was one moment where I had a freak out haha but the beautiful team calmed my nerves and everything was so perfect! Anyone looking for there dream wedding dress head to the team at Bloom you will not regret it at all! As a self proclaimed "anti bride" I bought my wedding dress from Bloom recently. I had been to a few of the usual higher end places in Brisbane and they all made me feel like this process was so inauthentic, cheesy and completely cringeworthy. Enter the enthralling Sam at Bloom. What a ray of sunshine! She completely changed my whole experience and for the first time in the wedding planning process, I was actually excited about the wedding. She made the process seamless- taking on all of the behind the scenes organizing and going above and beyond for some complex additions to a dress. Her range is also far more diverse and modern than most places and covers the "I’ve been dreaming of this since I was little Bride" to the total "Anti Bride". Have not seen Asar London anywhere else and it felt so fresh and different. I could not have been more in love with my dress and my experience at Bloom and all of the extra effort that Sam put into making that happen.

I cannot recommend Sam and the Bloom Bridal team enough and would not hesitate to recommend to any brides-to-be. I felt that Sam took the time to genuinely understand my personal style preferences and the ‘look’ that I wanted to go with for the wedding day, but was also responsive and helpful whenever I had questions or wanted some stylistic direction. Each time I visited since, it was the same beautiful, professional but also warm atmosphere that I experienced when I first chose my dress. Sam's attention to detail and patience with my questions right up until the wedding day really stood out. I absolutely loved my Danielle Frankel dress and Harriet Gordon veil - and the best compliment I can give is that I left for the ceremony on the day, feeling beautiful just as I am. I was lucky to find my dream dress as a sample sale at Bloom, and was confident I would be buying it pending the fit and seeing the quality in real life. The space at Bloom is inviting and calming, but also exciting! I love that they stock designs for brides looking for something a bit more considered, timeless and elevated than typical bridal looks, which is exactly what I was looking for. I only needed to try on the one dress but the appointment wasn't rushed, my party and I enjoyed exploring the store and asking questions, and it was all round a great experience.

Sam & the Bloom Team were phenomenal to deal with. In first instance, the range they carry is so unique and beautifully curated. I was allowed the time and freedom to try on countless dress with Sam offering her invaluable opinion at the perfect times. Once I finally landed on a Vivienne Westwood dress the process throughout to collection was seamless. The Team were beyond accomodating allowing me to continue trying on the sample dress when needed in the lead up to the wedding. Sam also referred me to a trusted alterations studio which were also excellent. I could not thank the Bloom team enough for making me feel confident and beautiful.
