I visited a few bridal stores before going to Ivory Bride, and I can confidently say it was the best experience by far! What really stood out to me was how personal the appointment felt. I was the only bride in the room with my loved ones, which made it so intimate and special. When I booked online, I thought it was such a unique and thoughtful touch that Kayla asked about my music preference for the appointment. It really set the exact vibe I wanted and made the whole experience feel even more personalised. I loved that detail! I loved that there weren’t racks of the same style over and over. You can truly tell Kayla carefully and intentionally selects every dress in her store. Kayla picked out a dress for me that I honestly would have never chosen off the rack myself. It completely surprised me in the best way. It wasn’t what I expected and it ended up being the one! Kayla was so kind, patient, and provided incredible customer service throughout the entire experience. I even told my fiancé about how amazing it was and it made him joke that he wanted to buy a dress from her store too! I highly recommend this studio to any bride looking for something unique and truly special!

She is someone who absolutely loves her job which made this such a fantastic experience. The dresses were incredible quality and there were so many styles to choose from.
