I had such a beautiful experience with Kiaya at Always and Forever Bridal. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing my wedding dress from here, I absolutely ADORE this store and I couldn’t recommend Kiaya more. I first came here when my bridesmaid was searching for her dress, and I knew I wanted to come back for my own appointment purely because of the kindness, enthusiasm and energy Kiaya brings. She makes you feel so comfortable, confident and genuinely excited — and she’s the kind of person you can have a really good laugh with while still feeling completely supported. Kiaya is amazing at what she does and truly knows what will work for your body. I originally thought I wanted an A-line skirt, but at other appointments I’d tried a few on and some just made me look a bit funny and didn’t sit right on me. We also tried more fitted styles which looked amazing, but I know personally I would bloat and end up feeling uncomfortable on the day. Kiaya listened so well and then put me into a ball gown… and I absolutely fell in love. I genuinely thought it was going to be my dress! While I did end up choosing a ball gown from another store, I can 100% thank Kiaya for helping me discover that style and feel confident in it. She’s truly incredible at what she does and any bride would be lucky to have her as their consultant. Thank you so much Kiaya — you’re amazing!! 🤍✨

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The dresses are beautiful, every single gown is stunning, with a great range of styles to suit different tastes and are high quality. The customer service was excellent. Good communication and the team is so knowledgeable, patient and genuinely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. They take the time to listen, offer advice, and make you feel completely comfortable and supported throughout the whole process. I never felt rushed even though we ran past the closing time. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, creating such a special and memorable atmosphere for dress shopping. I also loved that they have accessories available so you can truly envision how everything will look on the big day, it makes such a difference when deciding. I found my dress here, and it was the most incredible experience. I couldn’t recommend this store more highly! Thank you to the team!

From the very first day when I was still searching for THE dress, up until it was finally at home with me, Lauren has been so patient and have gone over and beyond to make things easy for me. Every visit to the boutique was full of tips and tricks and I always felt like the team cared for me and for how i feel wearing the dress. I was lucky to have gone through this journey with them. Most importantly, the dress looked gorgeous on the day 🙂

I had a wonderful experience with Always and Forever Bridal. I went to a number of other stores and found sales teams were pushy and judgemental. These ladies were the opposite. They were friendly and knowledgeable, offered their opinion without trying to push you a certain way. I picked my dress my first appointment. They let me grab a coffee nearby and think it over before deciding, i went back shortly after and ordered the dress. I had a short timeline being only 6 month out but the dress came early and gave us plenty of time for adjustments. I also bought my veil from them too, they offered a nice discount. They had such a large dress selection, but i wasnt too overwhelmed because by this time i had already narrowed down what i was after. They also dont charge for try on appts like most other stores do, such a nice bonus! Highly recommend.

Not only did Lauren and the team rescue me from a nightmarish experience a month out from my wedding day after a custom dress from another retailer completely missed the mark, but they helped me find my true dream dress that I feel I was supposed to find all along. Lauren, her mum and the girls were so kind, honest and patient. They completely dissolved all of the stress that I had collected. I cannot thank them enough. If I could do anything over again, I would have started and completed my whole journey here. Lots of love to the team x
