Terrible experience. The roses died almost instantly by the next day they were completely wilted and brown. Clearly not fresh and absolutely not worth the price. The worker who helped me (short with glasses) was rude from the moment I was buying them. dismissive, and unpleasant for no reason. Not the kind of attitude you expect when you’re paying premium prices. Overpriced, low quality, and unprofessional. Would go to the florist in whitfords instead as I’ve had much better experiences there.

We used A Mano florist for my daughter’s wedding in December and were so disappointed with the arrangements provided. We asked for natives, upright, rustic. The arrangements we were given had only one native flower in them – the Geraldton Wax. When we contacted them on the Monday following the wedding requesting a partial refund as we could not use the flowers because they did not meet the brief, the company refused to refund any of the money we had paid them. Would never use them again and would not recommend them at all for any big events where the flower arrangements matter and the wrong arrangement can make a big impact on the day. Below is the flowers – the last three are what we requested, the first two are what was provided. So disappointed, not just in the flowers but in their refusal to meet us half way in coming to a resolution that satisfied both us as the customers and them as the suppliers.

I needed a arrangement of yellow roses quickly and was so grateful to find this florist. They were very helpful and had the arrangement ready for me in no time. The roses were gorgeous, and the price was excellent. I would highly recommend them for any floral needs.

Dropped in last minute to grab a bunch of flowers for my partner and was really impressed. The setup is clean and professional, and the bouquets are already wrapped and ready to go—makes things easy when you’re in a rush. Staff were helpful without being pushy, and they helped me choose something that looked great but wasn’t over the top. The flowers were fresh and well put together, and my partner loved them. Good value, quick service, and everything was hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need something again

I received a photo from from my co-sister-in-law who received your Grande Stylish White Hatbox today. She was absolutely blown away as was my brother-in-law! Thank you so very much! I love that I have found a local florist to our family overseas who is as wonderful and talented as you, as I have always found it to be a hit-and-miss affair sending flowers. We will certainly be using you again in the future!!

My mother and I stopped into the store at Carine this morning. We needed an arrangement for a friend who's mother had just passed away and were served by a young lady called Ash .She was fantastic and gave us such good advice on the perfect colours with a personal touch . We chose a lovely arrangement with her help . Thankyou Ash for you kindness and professionalism . We most definately will be back
